Shipping & Delivery
Necktie.com.sg cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. 
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within Singapore from receipt of order confirmation. Also, please allow for a longer delivery time during the holiday periods. 
We charge a per-item delivery fee as below:

Privacy & Security
When you place orders online, we collect certain personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, email address, credit/debit card details) from you.
To fulfill our obligations to you under the Terms and Conditions we communicate with you by email and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically in this way and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications to be in writing.
Your privacy is important to us, we will only use the information you provide on this site to fulfill your orders, improve your customer satisfaction and send updates.
Returns & Replacements
This return or exchange procedure only applies to goods purchased from this website.
We extend the option to return an unwanted online order to 14 days from delivery, provided it is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging, for a refund or exchange.
To make a return or exchange please contact us at: sales@goldlink.com.sg or call us at +65 6536 5668. You will need your original credit card details and we will need to speak to the person who bought the item. If you e-mail us, please include a telephone number for us to reach you.
Our customer service representative will give you a return authorization number, which must be included along with the items being returned, original packaging (if possible) name and telephone number of the person that placed the original order, and order number. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
A prompt refund will be issued if the item received is unused, in its original condition and includes all the above information. We will credit the card used for the original purchase at the original price. If there are any problems, a member of our customer services team will contact you.
Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Ordering
Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an order confirmation email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. If you did not receive an acknowledgment within 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service at +65 6536 5668 or at sales@goldlink.com.sg.
Acceptance of an order placed by you online and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when your order is dispatched, unless you cancelled the order in accordance with the “Canceling an Order” instructions set out below or if the item is out of stock.
We must receive payment in full for your order before it can be dispatched. Once your credit card has been authorized and stock is checked, we will send your order. Please keep the order confirmation email for your records.
We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill your order, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
    The product you ordered being out of stock - see “Product Availability”
    Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
    The identification of a pricing or product description error
Necktie.com.sg reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment by Paypal and credit card. We do not accept cash or cheques as payment. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
Although we try to ensure all our prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel that portion of your order that reflected the incorrect price.
Product Availability
We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for online shopping. If items that you order are out of stock, or subject to a delay, we will try to contact you at the email address or telephone number you provided upon placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to an email we send to you, we will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable. All items are subject to availability. Prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until you receive the order confirmation email, at which point credit card authorization has been confirmed.
